I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the Pathfinder staff and Frying Scotsman staff for their professional service through out the Dorset Deltic Trip in 2011. The trip was on time in Stafford and was on time throughout most of the trip. What was special for me though was i have a gluten problem and so many organisations dont care for this. However this was different the Frying staff did an excellent job for me and nothing gave me any problems through the whole trip. In fact this turned out to be one of the best trips out Ive ever had. So many thanks to all for a great day out.

Thoroughly enjoyable day out to Canterbury on 16th June 2012. Staff, food, service were all excellent. Our first trip with Pathfinder but we will be travelling with them again. A day to remember.

Congratulations to The Frying Scotsman catering team. Merely by omitting the cup cake, apple tart and chocolates I was able to enjoy the excellent meals and still have my glucose level in limits the following morning. To everyone else a big thanks for the "Heart of Wales" a wonderful day out.

Would like to thank everyone involved at Pathfinder Tours and DRS for two excellent loco's 47802+47501 which performed faultlessly througout for a very much enjoyable excursion The Spectacular Snowdonian on 22nd October 2012! Well done to all.

Good morning to all at Pathfinder,
I would just like to say a HUGE! thank you for the Edinburgh Scot Excursion on Saturday 6th of April. I was totally impressed by the professionalism that all the on board staff displayed throughout the whole journey and, the cleanliness with constant rubbish collections and toilet cleanliness. The healthy reminders to the passengers about leaning out of windows ect was well conveyed, I was personally impressed by the crew who welcomed passengers aboard from the Platform of each pickup station stop points, and their dress code was immaculate. Many of the Staff had a far longer day than I had, so I could sympathize but they never showed that in the way they went about their duties. I shall deeply look forward to booking my next excursion through yourselves when time and available funds allow. Deepest of thanks again and kindest regards to everyone involved.
